Khmer Surin Restaurant has been serving authentic Khmer and Thai cuisine since 1996. In 2020, we celebrated our 24th year anniversary at our new building across the street from our old location in the heart of Phnom Penh on street 57 in Beoung Keng Kang I district and have become one of the oldest restaurants in Phnom Penh.  Our new colonial and Khmer style building offers more space for our restaurant, meeting/conference rooms, and guesthouse. 

 Khmer Surin is famous for our traditional and comfortable atmosphere and the unique Asian style design, adorned with Cambodian antique furniture, hand-made with unique design silk and cotton.  The restaurant promotes Cambodian culture through traditional cuisine, furnishings, and music & dance. We support tourism in Cambodia by providing a high quality ethnic and culinary experience.

 Khmer Surin serves a wide range of delicious Khmer and Thai dishes.  We use locally produced ingredients.   Dishes are prepared with fresh local herbs and spices.  The restaurant offers both a la carte and set menus as well as buffet food services.  The buffet food service provides a large selection of food designed to serve big group parties.  The restaurant can accommodate big parties and provides free home delivery and catering services.  Khmer Surin offers five floors of different style seating:

• Ground and 1st floors with chair seating and Cambodian style seating on cushions and bar seating on 1st floor

•   2nd and 3rd floors with large space for big parties and meeting/conference rooms, and

• 14th floor (Rooftop Coffee and Dessert Bar) with open-air seating to enjoy a panoramic view of Phnom Penh.  

 Khmer Surin Guesthouse offers 45 beautiful rooms from 4th to 12th floor and has a swimming pool on the rooftop.
